Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited Holds 13th Annual General Meeting

The 13th AGM of Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWMF) on 28th Poush 2081 approved a 6% dividend, including bonus shares worth Rs. 6,26,19,979 and a 0.962351% cash dividend amounting to Rs. 1,00,43,728.04. The total dividend amounts to Rs. 7,26,63,707.04.

Chairman Lekhnath Khania presented the annual report for FY 2080/81, highlighting that by Mangsir 2081, the institution had mobilized loans of Rs. 11.43 Arba and savings of Rs. 4.99 Arba across 179 branches, serving 186,000 members, with an operating profit of Rs. 47 lakh.
