Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Holds Twelfth Annual General Meeting, Approves Bonus Share Distribution

The Twelfth Annual General Meeting of Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWMF), held on the 32nd of Shrawan 2081, approved a 14.005143 percent bonus share distribution, amounting to Rs. 12.82 crores. After this distribution, the organization's paid-up capital will reach Rs. 1.04 Arba.

The organization's president, Lekhnath Khaniya, presented the annual report, highlighting that by the end of 2081, the institution had mobilized savings of Rs. 4.82 Arba from 1,182,000 members across 192 branches and disbursed loans totaling Rs. 11.13 Arba, with an operating profit of Rs. 14.09 crore.
