Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWMF) has proposed 14.077% bonus shares for the fiscal year 2079/80.
The 216th meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 19 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 91,07,82,508.50. The entirety of the dividend has been proposed in bonus shares. Thus, the shares are worth Rs. 12,82,10,853.72.
The dividend is subject to approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM.
As of writing, SWMF has its last trading day's closing at Rs. 651.
