Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWBBL) has proposed a 13.01% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80.
The 418th board of directors meeting held on Ashwin 30 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.29 Arba. 12.3599% bonus shares worth Rs 15.95 crores and a 0.6505% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 83.94 lakhs have been proposed.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM. As of writing, SWBBL has an LTP of Rs. 778.
