Swabalamban Laghubitta's Q4: Net Profit rises by 13.09% to Rs 70.06 Crores; EPS at Impressive Rs 62.43 and NPL declined to 2.90%

Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWBBL) published the fourth-quarter report of FY 2078/2079 with a growth of 13.09% in Net Profit. As per the report published by the company, the net profit increased to Rs. 70.06 crores as compared to Rs. 61.94 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The borrowings of the company increased by 18.05% to Rs. 5.44 Arba which was Rs. 4.61 Arba in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The deposits of the company increased by 12.87% to Rs 11.99 arba. The company’s loans and advances have also increased by 10.86% to 19.21 Arba in this quarter.
The net interest income (core revenue) has increased by 14.90% to Rs. 1.66 Arba compared to Rs. 1.45 Arba in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The paid-up capital of the company stood at Rs. 1.12 Arba in this quarter and its reserve and surplus stood at Rs. 2.25 Arba which is an increase of 28.89% in this quarter.
The company NPL declined to 2.90% from 4.38%.
Its earnings per share (EPS) stand at Rs. 62.43. The net worth per share is Rs. 300.87. The company traded at a P/E multiple of 18.72 times.
