Swadeshi Laghubitta appoints NIC Asia Capital as share registrar

Swadeshi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has appointed NIC Asia Capital Limited as its share registrar from Jestha 9, 2074 (yesterday).From now onwards NIC Asia Capital will carry out all the share related services of the microfinance company. Swadeshi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited had issued 3 lakh units IPO shares to the general public on Chaitra 25 . The IPO allotment of Swadeshi Laghubitta has recently concluded. Swadeshi Laghubitta  had earned net profit of Rs 2.13 crore in the third quarter of the fiscal year 2073/74. Its paid up capital remains at Rs 7 crore.
