Swarojgar Laghubitta to commence joint operation from 25th Ashwin after acquiring Janakpur Laghubitta

After the successful acquisition of Janakpur Laghubitta, Swarojgar Laghubitta is commencing the joint operation from 25th Ashwin, 2077.

The joint operation will be carried out in the name of Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited.

Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBBL) signed a preliminary Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Janakpur Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha for merger and acquisition on Magh 28, 2076 at 3:30 PM. The separate SGM help by the two companies on Shrawan 10 had made the proposal of acquisition. Nepal Rastra Bank then approved the proposal on Ashwin 02.

After the acquisition, the central office will be in Banepa Municipality, Ward no. 05, Kavrepalanchowk. This was the former central office of Swarojgar Laghubitta before the acquisition.

Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has posted a net profit of Rs 77.68 million in the 4th quarter of the fiscal year 2076/77.
