Swet-Ganga Hydropower & Construction Calls 8th AGM on 6th Mangsir

Swet Ganga Hydropower & Construction Limited (SGHC) has called its 8th AGM on 6th Mangsir, 2081. The meeting will be held in Celebration Heights, Sukedhara, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

i) Endorsement of the seventh annual report of the board of directors of the company.
ii) Endorse the auditor's report of 2080/081 with PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports for the fiscal year up to the end of 2081.
iii) Appointment of the auditor and determination of their remuneration for the fiscal year 2081/82.
iv) Miscellaneous.

21st Kartik is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout.
