Tanka Prasad Pokharel Re-Elected for Second Term as Chair of Nepal Chamber of Commerce Lumbini Province

Tanka Prasad Pokharel has been re-elected for a second term as chairman of the Nepal Chamber of Commerce Lumbini Province.

The newly elected working committee includes Shreedhar Mahara as senior vice-president, J.P. Kandel and Chandraprakash Shrestha as vice president, and Lokhari Shrestha as associate vice-president. Shiva Gyawali is the general secretary, Ajay Neupane is the secretary, and Khim Bahadur Khatri is the treasurer.

Yubaraj Neupane and other members were also selected. During the provincial convention, Chief Minister Chetnarayan Acharya highlighted the importance of developing agriculture for economic prosperity and suggested investments in agriculture and tourism.

Chamber President Kamlesh Kumar Agrawal emphasized the need for policy stability and marketing of local agricultural produce.
