Terhathum Power appoints NB Capital as share registrar; company recently allotted 12 lakh unit shares in NEPSE

Terhathum Power has appointed Nepal Bangladesh Capital as its share registrar.

The agreement was signed between MD of hydropower Mr. Mohan Kumar Dangi and Deputy MD of Nepal Bangladesh Capital Mr. Ram Kumar Mahat amid a program.

Following the agreement, the merchant banker will now maintain a record of all share transactions, renew/block/transfer ownership of the shareholders, update the shareholder details, etc of the life insurance company, as per the media statement.

The hydro company has recently issued Rs 12 crore worth IPO to the general and project-affected public which will soon be traded in the NEPSE, as per the media statement.
