Terhathum Power Company Calls AGM on Poush 10; What are the Agendas?

Terhathum Power Company Limited (TPC) has called its 5th AGM on 10th Poush, 2079. The meeting will be held in Hotel Hardik, Bagbazar, Kathmandu, starting at 11:30 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2078/79.
2) Endorsement of annual reports presented by the chairman.
3) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80 and approval of their compensation.
4) Election/ Appointment of Board Members.
5) To provide full authority to the board of directors to do all the necessary work accordingly if any instructions are received from the regulatory bodies.
6) Misc.

Mangsir 25 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day can attend this AGM. The ordinary shares of TPC closed at Rs. 337.10 last Thursday.
