Thamel Plaza Hotel & Suites Partners with Nepal SBI Merchant Banking for Share Issuance

Thamel Plaza Hotel & Suites Ltd. has announced a public offering of 10,00,000 shares at Rs. 100 each.

A contract was signed between Mr. Lekhnath Pokhel, Managing Director of Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited, and Mr. Jagannath Gyawali, Executive Chairman of Thamel Plaza Hotel & Suites Limited, for managing the issuance and sale of these shares.

Nepal SBI Merchant Banking, a subsidiary of Nepal SBI Bank Limited, offers various financial services, including investment management and securities issuance.

Thamel Plaza Hotel & Suites, operating as "Ramada Encore Kathmandu Thamel," is a four-star hotel with 90 rooms catering to domestic and international guests.

The hotel has a technology transfer agreement with Wyndham Hotel Asia Pacific, which operates over 9,100 hotels globally, including 851 under the RAMADA brand.
