TheeGO electric busses to hit Kathmandu street soon; 40 buses in total to revolutionize Nepalese transportation under Sajha Yatayat
After the successful pilot testing of 3 Electric Buses by Sajha Yatayat, the remaining 37 buses are on their way to Kathmandu for full-fledged operation. These 37 buses have been spotted at Kerung and will be seen on the streets of Kathmandu very soon. Many news agencies have been reporting about it. 40 electric buses running successfully on the streets of Kathmandu shall be considered to be a very positive initiative.
theeGO, a company based in Nepal has partnered with Sajha Yatayat for this magnanimous project. theeGO in Nepal has been involved in selling EV’s and developing the overall EV ecosystem in Nepal by providing services and products ranging from batteries, charging stations, servicing, retrofitting etc. theeGO believes that the current inflation and monetary crisis can be dealt with if the import of fossil fuels is reduced and that EV’s can play a vital role and that the government should be proactive regarding such policies.
The buses have been manufactured by CHTC in China and maintain very high-quality standards which will revolutionize public transportation in Nepal.
