These Two Bonds/ Debentures are Now Listed in NEPSE

"8.5%, 7 years, Nepal Investment Bank Bond 2084" is now listed in NEPSE.
The issue manager has already allotted the "8.5%, 7 years, Nepal Investment Bank Bond 2084" to applicants. The issue of "8.5%, 7 years, Nepal Investment Bank Bond 2084" was open from Magh 16. Although the early closing date of the issue was on Magh 20, the issue was not fully subscribed by then. Thus, the deadline had been extended to Magh 30, 2077.
Nepal Investment Bank's debenture with a maturity period of seven years was approved by SEBON on Mangsir 18. The debenture titled "8.5%, 7 years, Nepal Investment Bank Bond 2084" has a coupon rate of 8.5%. The coupon rate is simply the annual payment made by the issuer of the bond to the investors.
A total of 40 lakh units are registered. 16 lakh units were issued allotted to the public on Falgun 01 and 24 lakh units were subscribed via private placement. Note that any quantity unsubscribed by the public is subscribed via private placement for a bond/ debenture. Rs. 1000 is the par value.
Similarly, "9.5% Manjushree Finance Limited Debenture, 2085" has also been listed in NEPSE.
The issue had opened for application from Magh 18. The debenture titled "9.5% Manjushree Finance Limited Debenture, 2085" has a coupon rate of 9.5%. The coupon rate is simply the annual payment made by the issuer of the bond to the investors.
A total of 5 lakh units are registered. 2 lakh units were opened for the public issue and 3 lakh units were to be subscribed via private placement. 5% of the public issue was reserved for mutual funds. Rs. 1000 is the par value. Although the early closing date of the issue was on Magh 21, the deadline was extended to Falgun 02, 2077.
