These Two Debentures Are Now Listed in NEPSE

25,00,000 units of 8.5% RBBL Debenture 2083 (RBBD83) of Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited are now listed in NEPSE.

The public issue had opened on 25th Jestha and closed on 28th Jestha, 2078.

25,00,000 units have were issued at a par value of Rs. 1,000 per unit. The debenture has a maturity period of 6 years and will yield an 8.5% annual interest payment to unitholders. 60% of the debenture were to be subscribed via private placement and the remaining 40% were issued to the general public. The public issue size was thus 10 lakh units.

Similarly, 15,73,872 units of NIC ASIA Bank Rinpatra 2088 (NICD88) of NIC ASIA Bank Limited have also been listed in NEPSE.

The issue opened on 6th Ashar, 2078, and concluded on Ashar 20. 30,00,000 units were issued at a par value of Rs.1000 per unit. 12 lakh units were issued for the general public, including the 2,500 units quota for mutual funds. Meanwhile, 18 lakh units were to be subscribed via private placement.

8.5% NIC Asia Debenture 2088 will mature in the year 2088. As evident in its name, the debenture will generate an 8.5% annual return to unitholders till the maturity date.
