Three companies to distribute dividend directly to bank accounts of shareholders; find out which ones

Three companies are directly distributing cash dividend to the bank accounts of the shareholders. They are Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NUBL), Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CHLBS) and Shree Investment and Finance Limited (SIFC).

All the companies will be distributing dividend in chronological order and have urged shareholders to dematerialize their holdings. For any other query, the shareholders can contact the respective share registrars of the companies.

CHLBS had approved distribution of 7% bonus shares and 10.893% cash dividend while NUBL had proposed distribution of 25% bonus shares and 15.53% cash dividend and SIFC had proposed issue of 2.35% bonus shares and 10.65% cash dividend for the shareholders out of the profits of FY 75/76.
