Total collection of ’10.25% NIC Asia Debenture 2083/84’ stands at Rs.1.94 Arba; all valid applicants receive full allotment

NIC Asia Bank Limited (NICA) had closed the issue of “10.25% NIC Asia Debenture 2083/84” from Bhadra 3, 2076. The issue was open from Shrawan 6, 2076. The allotment process of the debenture issue has concluded.

NIC Asia was issuing 44 lakh units debenture at par value of Rs.1000 each to raise debt worth Rs.4.4 Arba with the maturity of 10 years. Out of the total issue 1,760,000 units (40% of the issue) were for the general public while remaining 2,640,000 units (60% of the issue) were reserved to be privately placed.

As per the issue manager, Sanima Capital, from the general public 545 valid applications were received applying for 63,698 units of debentures. Similarly, for private placement 18 valid applications were received applying for 1,880,000 units of debentures. All the applicants have been fully allotted debentures.

The debenture will be providing 10.25% return on the investment which will be paid semi-annually and this debenture matures in 10 years.
