Trading in securities of 32 companies resumes after payment of listing fee; find out which ones

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) had halted the trade in securities of 82 companies due to non-payment of annual listing fee.

The listing fee is required to be paid within three months of the new fiscal year. Failure to do so would result in cancellation of listing.

As per the spokesperson of NEPSE, till now only 32 companies have paid the listing fee and trading in their securities have resumed, they are:

  • Sindhu Bikas Bank
  • NMB Microfinance
  • Unilever Nepal
  • Gurans Laghubitta
  • Excel Development Bank
  • Soaltee Hotel
  • Api Power Company
  • Prabhu Insurance
  • United Modi Hydropower
  • Chilime Hydropower
  • Barun Hydropower
  • Kanchan Development Bank
  • Global IME Laghubitta
  • Life Insurance Company Nepal
  • Nepal Telecom
  • Infinity Laghubitta
  • Himalayan Urja Bikas Company
  • Muktinath Bikas Bank
  • Aarambha Microfinance
  • Civil Laghubitta
  • United Finance
  • Himalayan Power Partner
  • Samudayik Laghubitta
  • Womi Microfinance
  • Mero Microfinance

NEPSE had halted trade of 19 microfinance companies, 3 trading companies, 2 hotels, 11 manufacturing companies, 18 development banks, 2 insurance companies, 12 finance companies, 13 hydropower companies and 2 companies from others category due to non-payment of listing fee.
