Trading of Securities for the National Microfinance (NMFBS) has been Resumed

The trading of securities for the National Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMFBS) has opened to the general public, except for Basic shareholders National microfinance.

National Microfinance signed a merger agreement with Summit Laghubitta Bittiya Sansthan Limited (SMFDB) on Ashoj 26, 2079. The share swap ratio of 100:82 has been fixed i.e., for every 100 units of Summit’s shares, the shareholders will get 82-unit shares of National Micro finance.

As of writing, the last trading price (LTP) of national microfinance as of October 12, 2022, is Rs. 2000.
