This week, the index has formed dozi kind of pattern with a longer tail on the lower side. The candlestick expressing how the buyers overcome the selling pressure of the market this week.
Whenever ‘dozi’ candlestick pattern has formed after the strong movement market usually turns the trend, sometimes instantly or sometimes lately after the formation of one or two similar kinds of candles.
This week’s candle injecting a hope of bullish rail.
NEPSE Chart Analysis:
The market was volatile this week, we have witnessed big movements in the NEPSE.
The daily rising turnover supporting the bulls in the market.
The concerning part for the buyers is on Thursday (Last trading day) the index closed at the lowest point of the day with small tail in the upper side which means sellers overcome the buying pressure and completely dominated the market yesterday.
However, the major technical indicators are supporting the bulls.
