Trisuli Jal Vidhyut Company to Conduct 11th AGM on 26th Poush; Company to Endorse IPO Related Agendas

Trisuli Jal Vidhyut Company Limited (TJVCL) has called its 11th AGM on 26th Poush, 2079. The meeting will be held in Amrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu, starting from 11 am that day.
These are the agendas:
1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2078/79.
2) Endorsement of annual reports presented by the chairman.
3) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80 and approval of their compensation.
4) To issue the IPO shares allocated for the general public (group B) out of the issued capital of Rs. 2.47 Arba:

The book closure date for the AGM is on Poush 17. Thus the shareholders maintained before that day can attend the AGM.
Earlier, the company had issued 15% share i.e. 37.05 Lakh units shares to the general public. The promoter - public share holding ratio of the company stands 60 : 40.
