Trust Micro Insurance Appoints NIMB Ace Capital for IPO Issue Manager

Trust Micro Insurance Limited has appointed NIMB Ace Capital Limited as the issue manager for the public issuance of 2,250,000 ordinary shares, worth NPR 2.25 billion, at a face value of NPR 100 per share.

The company, which received its non-life microinsurance license on Kartik 12, 2080 BS, has been providing insurance services to low-income, marginalized, and underprivileged communities since Chaitra 1, 2080 BS.

The agreement was signed by CEO Ujwal Dhungana on behalf of Trust Micro Insurance and General Manager Sachindra Dhungana from NIMB Ace Capital.
