Trust Micro Insurance Calls Second Annual General Meeting

Trust Micro Insurance has announced the convening of its second Annual General Meeting (AGM). A recent meeting of the company's Board of Directors decided to hold the AGM on May 15 at 9:15 AM. The event will take place at Maharaja Resort, located in Butwal-11, Rupandehi.
During the meeting, the assembly will pass a special resolution to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the general public. Additionally, a proposal will be approved to authorize the Board of Directors to make any necessary amendments, modifications, or additions as per the directives of regulatory bodies in relation to the IPO issuance.
The AGM will also address several key issues, including proposed amendments to the company's management letter, approval of expenditures made under social responsibility, and service facilities provided to the directors.
Furthermore, the assembly will approve the annual report and the auditor's report for the fiscal year 2080/81. For the current fiscal year 2081, the meeting will appoint auditors and determine their remuneration for the fiscal year 2081/82.
