Uma Shrestha Appointed as Director of Jyoti Capital Limited

The 59th Board of Directors meeting of Jyoti Capital Limited, held on 7th Magh, appointed Miss Uma Shrestha, a prominent finance officer from Jyoti Bikas Bank, as the director of Jyoti Capital.

With over 12 years of banking experience, Miss Shrestha has previously held top management roles at Jyoti Bikas Bank.

She holds a Chartered Accountancy degree from ICAN and a Master's in Management from Tribhuvan University.

Jyoti Capital, a subsidiary of Jyoti Bikas Bank, believes Miss Shrestha's extensive experience and managerial skills will greatly contribute to expanding its business and enhancing its services. The capital has a registered capital of 21 crores and provides various financial services.
