UML Ministers in Bagmati Provincial Government Resign Collectively

Ministers from the CPN-UML in the Bagmati Provincial Government have resigned collectively following a coalition change at the center. On Monday, the ministers submitted their resignations to Chief Minister Salikram Jamkattel.

The ministers who resigned include Finance Affairs and Planning Minister Jagannath Thapaliya, Forest and Environment Minister Keshav Prasad Pokharel, Health Minister Rameshwar Shrestha, Water Supply, Energy and Irrigation Minister Eka Lal Shrestha, and Industry, Commerce, and Land Administration Minister Prakash Shrestha.

Finance Affairs and Planning Minister Jagannath Thapaliya confirmed that the ministers submitted their resignations to CM Jamkattel and have withdrawn their support from the government.
