Under-subscribed issue of "8.5% BOK Debenture 2086" won't close today; How many applications have been received so far?

Although today, i.e. Mangsir 28 was the early closing date of "8.5% BOK Debenture 2086," the issue will remain open till it is fully subscribed.

Bank of Kathmandu Limited has opened the public issue of 16,00,000 units worth of "8.5% BOK Debenture 2086". The issue opened on Mangsir 24. Since the issue isn't yet fully subscribed, the closing date can be extended to Poush 08.

The par value of the debenture is Rs.1000 per unit. From the total 16 lakh units of "8.5% BOK Debenture 2086," 6.4 lakh units will be opened to the public. This includes the 32,000 units (5% of issue) allocated for mutual funds. The remaining 9.6 lakh units will be subscribed via private placement. The minimum quantity should be 25 units while applying. Meanwhile, an entity can apply for a maximum of three lakh units.

As of writing, the issue has received 2,294 applications for 1,11,474 units. Sharesansar received this data at 12:40 pm today from Nabil Invest, the issue manager.
