Union Hydropower Company Calls AGM on Poush 22 with These Agendas; When's the Book Closure?

Union Hydropower Company Limited (UNHPL) has called its 16th AGM on 22nd Poush, 2079. The meeting will be held in Siddhartha Cottage, Dhobighat, Lalitpur, starting at 11 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2078/79.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
4) Misc.

Poush 14 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are eligible to attend this AGM.
