Union Life Insurance appoints Prabhu Capital as share registrar

Union Life Insurance has appointed Prabhu Capital as its share registrar.
Following the agreement, the merchant banker will now maintain a record of all share transactions, renew/block/transfer ownership of the shareholders, update the shareholder details etc of the life insurance company, as per the media statement.
