Union Life Insurance concludes SGM endorsing merger with Prime Life and Gurans Life Insurance; new entity to be known as Himalayan Life Insurance Company

Union Life Insurance has concluded its SGM under the leadership of its Chairman on Baisakh 6, 2080 unanimously endorsing the merger agreement with Prime Life Insurance and Gurans Life Insurance.
The SGM has also endorsed the decision to rename the company as Himalayan Life Insurance Company which will be formed after the merger between three then companies in the share swap ratio of 1:1:1, as per the media statement.
