The 4th Annual General Meeting of Union Life Insurance Company Limited (ULI) will be held on the 23rd Baisakh, 2079. The meeting will be held in Tiger Palace Resort, Bhairahawa, Rupandehi, starting at 10:30 am that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2076/77.
2) Endorsement of annual reports presented by the chairman.
3) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2077/78 and approval of their compensation.
4) Election of board members.
5) Endorsement of CEO reappointment.
6) Misc.
Baishak 13, 2079 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day can attend this AGM.
