Unitech Hydropower To Issue IPO Worth Rs 36.67 Crores; Appoints Laxmi Capital Market As Issue Manager

Unitech Hydropower will issue Initial Public Offering (IPO) worth Rs 36.37 crores for subscription by the general public.

The hydropower company is set to issue 36,677,000 unit shares priced at Rs. 100 for each share.

Similarly, the company has appointed Laxmi Capital Market Limited as the issue manager for the issuance.

On Sunday, an agreement was been penned between the companies in presence of representatives of both the companies.

Unitech Hydropower has completed the construction of 90% Upper Phawa Khola Hydropower Project said to generate 5.7 MW of electricity. The under-constrution project is situated in PhawaKhola, Tiringe and Sikaicha Rural Municipalities of Taplejung district.
