United Idi Mardi and R.B. Hydropower Calls AGM on 20th Chaitra; What are the Agendas?

United Idi Mardi and R.B. Hydropower Company Limited has called its 11th AGM on 20th Chaitra, 2077. The AGM will be held in Hotel Shangrila Village, Pokhara, Kaski, starting at 11 am that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorsement of BOD's report for the fiscal year 2076/77.
2) Endorsement of auditor's report and financial data.
3) Appointment of auditor and approval of their remuneration.
4) Misc.
The book closure date is declared on Chaitra 06. Thus, investors maintained before that day are eligible to attend the AGM.
