United Idi Mardi and R.B. Hydropower Calls AGM on Jestha 14; What are the Agendas?

United Idi Mardi and R.B. Hydropower Company Limited has called its 12th AGM on 14th Jestha, 2079. The AGM will be held in Avya Club, Gharipatan-17 Pokhara, Kaski, starting at 11 am that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorsement of BOD's report for the fiscal year 2077/78.
2) Endorsement of auditor's report and financial data.
3) Appointment of auditor and approval of their remuneration.
4) Misc.
The book closure date is declared on Baisakh 30. Thus, investors maintained before that day are eligible to attend the AGM. There is no agenda for the dividend.
