United Idi-Mardi and R.B. Hydropower Proposes 4.211% Dividend, And 100% Right Shares

United Idi-Mardi and R.B. Hydropower Limited (UMRH) has proposed a 4.211% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81 and has called the 15th AGM.

The company has proposed a 4% bonus shares worth Rs. 1.77 crores and 0.211% cash dividend (tax purposes) worth Rs. 9,32,842 for the fiscal year 2080/81. The company's existing paid-up capital is Rs. 44.31 Crores.

Similarly, The company has resolved to issue 100% right shares after adjusting the allocation of 4% bonus shares from the existing paid-up capital of Rs. 44.31 Crores.

The company plans to invest the proceeds from the rights issuance in other hydropower projects. The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the Electricity Regulatory Commission and endorsement by the company's AGM.
