United Idi-Mardi and R.B. Hydropower to Issue Rights Shares After Bonus Adjustment, Calls AGM for Chaitra 11

United Idi-Mardi and R.B. Hydropower Limited (UMRH) called its AGM on 11th Chaitra, 2081. The AGM will be held in the Avya Club located at Pokhara, Kaski, starting at 11 AM that day.
The company has proposed a 4% bonus shares worth Rs. 1.77 crores and 0.211% cash dividend (tax purposes) worth Rs. 9,32,842 for the fiscal year 2080/81. The company's existing paid-up capital is Rs. 44.31 Crores. Similarly, The company has resolved to issue 100% right shares after adjusting the allocation of 4% bonus shares from the existing paid-up capital of Rs. 44.31 Crores.
Furthermore, an agenda is to endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports for FY 2080/81, and appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82. There is an agenda to conduct the election of directors.
The book closure for the proposed dividend and AGM is on 23 Falgun, 2081. Therefore, the shareholders maintained till the 22nd Falgun are entitled to dividend payout and can attend the AGM.
