United Idi-Mardi Proposes 5.789% Dividend, Calls AGM on Falgun 17

United Idi-Mardi and R.B. Hydropower Limited (UMRH) has called its 14th AGM on 17th Falgun, 2080. The meeting will be held in the Avya Club, Gharipatan, Pokhara, starting at 11:00 am.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of the annual report of the company
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports for the fiscal year up to the end of 2079/80.
3) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81 and determine the remuneration.
4) Endorsement of 0.289% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 12.15 lakhs and 5.50% bonus shares worth Rs. 2.31 crore from the accumulated profit.

4th Falgun is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can attend this AGM.
