United Insurance Company concludes SGM endorsing merger with Ajod Insurance; new entity to be known as United Ajod Insurance Company

United Insurance Nepal has concluded its SGM under the leadership of its chairman on Baisakh 25, 2080 unanimously endorsing the merger agreement with Ajod Insurance.
The SGM has also endorsed the decision to rename the company as United Ajod Insurance Company which will be formed after a merger between two institutions in a share swap ratio of 100: 82.5, as per the media statement.
The SGM has also provided full authority to the board of directors to adjust the positions in the company’s board following the merger and till the new AGM, as per the media statement.
