United Mewa Khola Hydropower Calls AGM With Agenda To Issue IPO To General Public

United Mewa Khola Hydropower Limited has called its 1st AGM 6th Ashad, 2081. The meeting will be held in the Company's Register Office, Dillibazar, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 AM.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of the annual report of the company.
2) Endorse the auditor's report for 2079/80 with PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Appointment of the auditor and determination of their remuneration for the fiscal year 2080/81.
4) To discuss on the amendment of the company's charter and regulations.
5) To issue ordinary shares (IPO) to the general public.
6) To discuss the decision regarding investment in other new projects.
7) To discuss the decision regarding the approval of loans taken more than the paid-up capital of the company and additional loans.
8) To nominate 3 representatives from the shareholding members to signed the decision book of the general meeting..
9) To discuss revising the capital structure.
