Universal Power Company Proposes 9% Dividend, Calls AGM on Poush 29

Universal Power Company Limited (UPCL) has called its AGM on 29th Poush, 2080. The meeting will be held in the Company Register's Office, Tripureshwor, Kathmandu, starting at 12:15 pm.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorsement of the annual report of the company
2) Endorse the auditor's report for 2075/76, 2076/77, 2077/78, and 2078/79 with PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Appointment of the auditor and determination of their remuneration for the fiscal year 2079/80.
4) Endorsement of 0.45% cash dividend (including tax) and 8.55% bonus shares.
18th Poush is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained till Poush 17 are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM.
