Unnati Sahakarya Laghubitta Reports Decline in Business Volume and Profitability in Q1

Unnati Sahakarya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (USLB) has published its first-quarter report of FY 2079/2080 with a decline in Net Profit by 89.25%. As per the report published by the company, the net profit decreased to Rs. 7.67 Lakhs as compared to Rs. 71.42 Lakhs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The borrowings of the company decreased to Rs. 2.20 Arba which was Rs. 2.22 Arba in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company’s loans and advances decreased to Rs. 3.46 Arba in this quarter.
The net interest income (core revenue) has decreased by 9.81% to Rs. 5.54 Crores compared to Rs. 6.14 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The company had impairment charges worth Rs. 67.31 lakhs in this quarter, which has decreased by 51.96%.
The paid-up capital of the company stood to Rs. 22.90 crores in this quarter and its reserve and surplus stood at Rs. 12.07 crores.
Its annualized earnings per share (EPS) stands at Rs. 1.34. The net worth per share increased to Rs. 152.74.
