Upakar Laghubitta Convenes 5th Annual General Meeting with Primary Agendas

The fifth annual general meeting of Upakar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited was successfully conducted at Hotel Treat Top in Kohalpur, under the chairmanship of Mrs. Shanti Devi Dhakal.

The meeting covered essential aspects, including the approval of the management committee's report, discussion on the financial audit for the fiscal year 2079/80, and unanimous approval of proposals for appointing auditors for the upcoming fiscal year 2080/81.

Furthermore, the meeting saw the uncontested election of Ms. C.A. Bhagwati Regmi and Ms. C.A. Nisha Wagle to the Board of Directors from the general shareholder side, adding a positive note to the proceedings and ensuring a smooth continuation of leadership within the organization.
