Vijaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha to acquire Khaptad Laghubitta

Vijaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is acquiring Khaptad Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. The microfinance company signed the agreement letter at 4 pm yesterday, i.e. Ashwin 19.

Vijaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited posted a net profit of Rs 58.14 million in the 4th quarter of the fiscal year 2076/77. It had distributed 15% of the paid-up capital as bonus shares and a 5% cash dividend to its shareholders for the fiscal year 2075/76. As of writing, the LTP of Vijaya Laghubitta's shares is Rs. 930.

Meanwhile, Khaptad Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is an NRB licensed "D" class microfinance company. It has its share registrar at Kailali district, Godawari Municipality, Ward no. 1, Attariya.
