Vijaya Laghubitta (VLBS) Calls AGM to Endorse 21.085% Dividend and Elect BOD, When's the Book Closure?

Vijaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (VLBS) has called its 9th AGM on 24th Poush, 2078. The meeting will be held in Gaidakot Resort, Nawalparasi, starting at 11: 30 am that day.

Amon other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 21.085% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 29 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 26.65 Arba. 20.031% bonus shares worth Rs. 5.34 crores and 1.058% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth slightly over Rs. 5.62 crores have been proposed.

This meeting will also elect 4 board members from the promoters.

For the dividend and the AGM, Poush 12 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.

As of writing, VLBS has an LTP of Rs 1,320.
