Vision Lumbini Urja Company Decides Not To Distribute Dividend For FY 2080/81

Vision Lumbini Urja Company Limited (VLUCL) has announced that it will not distribute any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2080/81.
The decision was made during the board meeting held on Mangsir 27, 2081. However, the financial statements are yet to be approved at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.
VLUCL closed at Rs. 703.70.
The hydropower company has not yet proposed any dividends.
