Volkswagen Inaugurates its New authorized Service Centre at UN Park
With an objective to provide its customers with best post-purchase services, Pooja Int'l Nepal Pvt. Ltd, the authorised importer of VW cars in Nepal, has inaugurated its authorized service centre at UN Park, Juwagal, Patan. Along with service, customers will also be able to get genuine Volkswagen parts and accessories from the new service centre.
As quoted in the press statement issued by the company, the CEO of Pooja International (Nepal) Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Bibek Bijukchhe remarked, “We at Volkswagen are rigorously thinking of ‘additional value’ that we can offer to our customers. Post purchase service being one of them. As our customers are overwhelmingly satisfied by owning and driving our cars, we want our customers get reliable Volkswagen experience in servicing of their commuter too i.e. why we have extended our authorized service centre. We will be adding more of these kind authorized service centres in various parts of Nepal”.
On the very day, Volkswagen also offered its customers free car check up and wash. The company also ensured when a customers steps into Volkswagen service centre, one can be certain of getting genuine Volkswagen quality – and a range of service options that couldn’t be greater.
