Week of losses leave NEPSE Index at 1120.60 points; Nepal Hydro Developers among circuit hitters

Perfect week of loss for NEPSE after falling for fifth consecutive day today. The market closed for the week with loss of 0.69% or 7.74 points, at 1120.60 points. The turnover amount stood at Rs.29.77 Crore achieved through trade of 1,050,412 units of shares traded through 5,672 transactions trading scrips of 167 listed companies in the process.
NMB Bank Limited (NMB) continues to dominate trade with turnover of Rs.4.30 Crore achieved through trade of 112,465 units of shares. The LTP of the stock stood at Rs.382 per share.
Three companies hit the positive circuit today. Nepal Hydro Developers (NHDL) joins Salt Trading Corporation (STC) and Ghodighoda Laghubitta (GGBSL) as top gainers. Janautthan Samudayik Laghubitta (JSLBB) was today’s top loser as it lost 8.20% or 105 points, closing at Rs.1175 per share.
Sensitive Index lost 1.78 points and closed at 246.89 points while Float Index lost 0.65 points and closed at 83.27 points.
Trading, Others and Mutual Funds were among gaining sub-indices today while the rest of the sub-indices ended in the red zone after losing points today.
