SEBON is the regulatory body of securities markets. The initiations taken by SEBON for the betterment of secondary market must be welcomed by all the stakeholders. Though such initiations were to brought early still all the stakeholders needs to welcome it. The initiations taken by SEBON will enhance the capacity of the market. It will help growth of the market as well as the stakeholders. It will also help in dissemination of the information and help investors take informed decisions. The steps taken by SEBON are encouraging. The initiations done by SEBON at present are micro economic steps whereas in coming days, SEBON should also take macro economic steps for the development of stock market.

The steps taken by SEBON has improved the quality of stock market and also made trading transparent and easier for the investors. Broker offices, RTS and listed companies are being responsible because of SEBON. Now, investors can feel that the complaints made by them are heard and acted upon by SEBON.

In my opinion, the steps taken by SEBON has made things easier not only investors but for broker offices and RTs as well. It has helped the secondary market to mature and also be trust-able. The steps taken by SEBON were must for the development of share market. Though such steps are taken late, but taken in a right way.
