White Lotus Hydropower To Issue IPO; Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Appointed as Issue and Sales Manager

White Lotus Hydropower Limited, which is currently developing a 6.82-megawatt Hidi Khola hydroelectric project in Bhulbhule, Lamjung district, has set the price of its new share capital at Rs. 100 per share.

The company plans to issue and sell 1,200,000 ordinary shares to the local residents and general public of the areas affected by the project.

For this purpose, Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited has been appointed as the issue and sales manager.

The agreement for this arrangement was signed by Mr. Lekhnath Pokhrel, Managing Director and CEO of Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited, and Mr. Suman Kumari Joshi, Executive Director of White Lotus Hydropower Limited.
