Winners Announced for TVS NTORQ Nirbhaya's Women in Concert Talent Hunt 2024

Women in Concert has announced the winners of the TVS NTORQ Nirbhaya’s Women in Concert Talent Hunt 2024, an event celebrating and empowering female musical talent in Nepal.

Prajina Gurung won the competition, receiving a TVS Ntorq 125 scooter, a year-long contract, a two-song deal, a music video, and a cash prize of 1 lakh rupees. Rhythm Rai and Sujita Dangol secured the first and second runner-up positions, respectively.

TVS Ntorq125, the title sponsor, is committed to promoting female artists, partnering with Women in Concert, Water Aid, and Aambo Momo. Founded by singer Abhaya Subba, Women in Concert has supported female musicians since 2003. This year's event at Kathmandu World School attracted over 1,000 attendees, celebrating female empowerment through music.

The Talent Hunt, in its second iteration since 2016, offers a three-month boot camp for emerging artists. TVS Ntorq125 is dedicated to uplifting women and will continue its partnership with Women in Concert.
