With The Increase In Provisions Operating Profit Declines For Mahila Laghubitta In Q3

Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBSL) published its third-quarter report for FY 2078/2079 with a 55.70% increase in Net Profit. As per the report published by the company, the net profit increased to Rs. 10 crores as compared to Rs. 6.42 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

The borrowings of the company increased by 24.33% (compared to the immediate previous year ending) to Rs. 2.73 Arba which was Rs. 2.19 Arba the previous year. The company’s loans and advances increased by 37.45% (compared to the immediate previous year ending) to 4.38 Arba.

The net interest income (core revenue) has increased by 28.85% to Rs. 20.68 crores compared to Rs. 16.05 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

The paid-up capital of the company increased to Rs. 14.75 crores in this quarter and its reserve and surplus stood at Rs. 25 crores.

Its annualized earnings per share (EPS) stand at Rs. 90.42. The net worth per share is Rs. 269.55 and the company traded at a P/E multiple of 38.21 times.
